Eliza Hoang

Eliza is a sophomore, majoring in Mathematical Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences and minoring in Marketing and Statistics in the Wharton School. Born and raised in Vietnam until the age of 14 when she moved to the U.S for boarding school, Vietnam has always taken a special place in her heart. On campus, Eliza is a Deputy Director of Penn’s competitive Model UN team Intercol (#1 in North America), and also a member of Wharton Asia Exchange’s Global Markets team, concentrating in Consumer and Retail in Asia. During her freshman summer, she worked as a research assistant for the Penn Undergraduate Research Mentorship (PURM) program in the Department of Sociology. Outside of MUN, Eliza loves to spend her time at her favorite barre studio in downtown Philadelphia or dine at her favorite Philly restaurants with her friends!

Fiona Bardhoshi

Fiona is a sophomore in the College of Arts & Sciences who plans on studying Political Science, Consumer Psychology, and English. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, so she adores the city and is happy to continue living here as a Penn student. In addition to fulfilling her role as Director-General for ILMUNC Vietnam, Fiona is also an Under-Secretary General for Penn’s high school conference ILMUNC, and the Director of Partnerships for the International Affairs Associations newest outreach initiative. When she’s not working on all-things IAA related, she loves doing the NY Times crossword puzzle, hiking through the Appalachian Trail, and wrapping presents while baking brownies. Being apart of this organization that brings Model UN to students across the world has been an amazingly rewarding experience, and she could not be more excited to kick off ILMUNC Vietnam in May and explore the country!

Santi Pereira

Chief of Staff

Santiago is a junior in the Huntsman Program for International Studies & Business, concentrating in Business Analytics and minoring in French. He is originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, where he attended The British Schools. Santi has been with the International Affairs Association (IAA) since his freshman year, originally planning UPMUNC, and now a proud member of the Intercol travel team. He has travelled to ILMUNC India and to Weland Expo, and he is incredibly excited to visit Vietnam for the first time! In his free time, Santi enjoys grabbing salads with friends, passionately watching his TV shows, and reading historical fiction.

Bradley Smith

Chief of Operations

Bradley is a sophomore at the Wharton School majoring in Finance and minoring in Consumer Psychology. Originally from Huntington Beach, California where he competed for his high school Model UN team. Upon moving to Pennsylvania for college, he continued to compete and is a Deputy Director of Penn’s competitive Model UN team alongside Eliza. Having attended over 30 Model UN conferences, Bradley is excited to make ILMUNC Vietnam an amazing experience. In his free time, you can find him taking photos and making smoothies.

Daniel Salib

Chief of Operations

Daniel is a sophomore studying Business Analytics at the Wharton School and Cognitive Science in the College of Arts of Sciences. He grew up in sunny Southern California but moved to Philadelphia to attend college. At Penn, he has been involved in the International Affairs Association since his first semester at Penn, where he has organized UPMUNC for two years now. In his free time, he loves exploring Philadelphia on his bike, trying new foods and finding new music to listen to. He is super excited for the opportunity to visit Vietnam and serve as one of your Chief of Operations at ILMUNC Vietnam!
